However it begins, it still needs a LegalEye.
LegalEye was founded by two transactional lawyers with decades of experience who witnessed a shift in the way legal work is approached, performed and delivered.
Legal documents can be generated instantly. But legal judgment cannot.

OUR STORY
Some ideas find you. This is how ours did.
It started with a simple observation
We’re Sahar and Nour. Between us are decades of practicing corporate and commercial law — drafting contracts, negotiating deals and helping clients structure and protect their businesses.
Then AI arrived.
Documents that once took hours — sometimes days — could suddenly be generated in minutes!
But the issue was not only what AI wrote. It was what it failed to see.
In legal work, faster does not always mean safer.
The sea and the vision
One day, while sitting by the sea and talking it through, the same sentence surfaced once again:
“Every AI-generated document still needs a legal eye”.
Suddenly, there it was...

What began as an observation became a conversation. The conversation became a shared vision — a partnership built on friendship, complementary strengths, shared values and a common ambition to build something of our own.
No matter how sophisticated technology becomes, every legal document still needs a legal eye — not only to draft it, but to prompt it effectively, understand it, challenge it, balance it and validate it.
Beyond the spark
LegalEye may have started with the limitations of AI-generated documents, but it was never intended to stop there.
Technology will continue to evolve. The formats we use will change.

Meet the Legal Eyes.
Two careers. One shared practice.
Behind LegalEye are two lawyers with decades of experience in corporate and commercial law, transactional work and dispute resolution. Together, our practice spans corporate structuring and company formation, mergers and acquisitions and divestitures, investments and shareholders’ arrangements, joint ventures, corporate governance, private placements, financing and securitisation transactions, real estate projects and transactions, and the negotiation and drafting of bespoke corporate and commercial arrangements. Over the years, we have advised leading companies, banks and businesses, as well as founders, investors and individual clients, on a wide range of local and international matters, including complex, multi-party and cross-border transactions. We advise from the structuring of a matter through negotiation and documentation to implementation and closing. Our experience cuts across different sectors and business models, including telecommunications projects in the Middle East and Africa, investment and brokerage arrangements involving financial institutions, technology and AI-driven ventures, hospitality and F&B projects, hotel and management arrangements, and real estate. We have also advised individual clients on matters including prenuptial agreements. Across these matters, we look beyond the document itself to understand the commercial objective, turn ideas and discussions into workable legal structures, anticipate risk and help take matters from concept through to implementation.

Sahar’s extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, developed over many years of advising and representing clients in contentious matters, complements her transactional work with a practical instinct for anticipating how legal arrangements may ultimately be interpreted, challenged and enforced when tested in practice.
